To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to maintain and update this information to ensure its accuracy throughout your relationship with koi33.
koi33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP for Indonesian residents), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with koi33. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If multiple Accounts are detected, koi33 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all bets and winnings, and confiscate any Funds associated with those Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify koi33 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. koi33 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
koi33 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified. Deposits are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. koi33 does not charge fees for deposits, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.
By making a deposit, you confirm that the Funds belong to you, were obtained legally, and are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. koi33 reserves the right to investigate the source of deposited Funds and request supporting documentation.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours during Indonesian banking hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB). The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits unless special arrangements are approved by koi33 customer support.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification (KYC) as described in Section 2.2. Withdrawals requested before KYC completion will be held pending verification.
koi33 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or where suspicious activity is detected. Anti-money laundering regulations may require that deposits be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted.
All transactions on koi33 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit using a non-IDR currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at their prevailing exchange rate. koi33 is not responsible for currency conversion fees or fluctuations.
koi33 offers various Bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each Bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. These terms are displayed on the promotion page and must be reviewed before claiming any Bonus.
Bonuses are granted at koi33's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without prior notice. koi33 reserves the right to exclude certain Players from Bonus eligibility if abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. A wagering requirement of "20x" means the Bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 500,000 Bonus with 20x wagering requires Rp 10,000,000 in total wagers.
Different games contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%. Game contribution rates are specified in the Bonus terms. Wagering must be completed within the specified time period (usually 30 days) or the Bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
Any attempt to manipulate or abuse Bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, colluding with other Players, or employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, constitutes fraud. koi33 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if abuse is detected.
All bets placed through koi33 are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. In the event of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds displayed), koi33 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
For sports betting, settlement is based on official results as declared by the governing sports body. In the event of a match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to each sport and market type, as detailed in our betting rules section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, fund confiscation, and legal action:
koi33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, any remaining Funds in your Account (excluding Bonuses and associated winnings) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to koi33.
If your Account is closed due to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, koi33 reserves the right to confiscate all Funds and report the matter to relevant authorities.
All content on the koi33 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and trademarks, is the property of koi33 or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
koi33 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.

In no event shall koi33's total liability to you exceed the total amount of Funds you have deposited into your Account in the six months preceding the claim.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding koi33 services, you must first contact our customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which koi33 is licensed to operate. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
koi33 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify Players of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and sending email notification to registered Players. Continued use of koi33 services after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the platform and close your Account.
